Using the perfect tense in the subjunctive mood:
Es importante que hayas complentado tú tarea.
Dudo que los niños hayan matado el alcalde.
Tan / TantoTo show equality, use “tan + adjective + como”:El es tan guapo como Sasquatch.
To show equality with nouns (“As much as”) use“Tanto(s) + noun + como”:
Hay tantos mujeres como hombres aquí.
Tan is used for adjectives and adverbs; tanto/a/os/as is used for nouns!
Impersonal seUsed when there is no specific subject, such as saying ‘They say that you can do something.’ There is so specific subject; ‘They’ doesn’t refer to anyone specific.
In Spanish, you use se + the present 3rd person form of the verb.

• Se dice ‘pulpo’.
• Se tiene que estudiar para aprender.

When a nosotros command is reflexive (DOP is 'nos'), instead of 'amosnos' or 'emosnos' at the end, use 'amonos' or 'emonos'.

These trigger phrases trigger the use of subjunctive provided that they indicate that the action has not already happened.
Ve al banco antes que vayas a la tienda.
Puedas salir tan pronto como reparo el carro.
