I automatically decided that I wanted to do my trailer based on schizophrenia because it was taking over the news at the time. I found it interesting that reporters sometimes took an attacking approach even though some lacked knowledge of Schizophrenia and mental illness in general.

By choosing this as my topic to base my trailer around, I wanted to widen the understanding of Schizophrenia so that people don’t just recall it as the mental illness in which people ‘hear voices’ because there is so much more to learn.
