It is an app where people get to raise

their voices for social, public and

personal issues to government officials

which directly or indirectly involves issues

of the country.

Executive Summary

The app can position itself very well as its competitors

are not much and it involves government directly.

Points of parity are that issues are raised and are

voted on the basis of authenticity and importance.

Points of differences are that it involves government

officials directly which is unique in its own kind. Also,

raising issues in the form of a video is different

concept overall.

Situation Analysis

App overview

App overview (1/3)

The app is a medium for people to raise

issues, problems directly to the

government officials through a note,

audio or video.

App overview (2/3)

These issues can be voted by other subscribers

as important or less important which

would give a hint to the official about which issue

to be given a look at first.

App overview (3/3)

Every issue would climb a ladder. Nobody can

go directly to the Prime Minister, rather to the

local minister or Sarpanch first. And then, it could

go on higher levels.

Marketoverview

The app has a great market. Being free and

serving the basic need of issues solving in the

country, it can attract all kind of smartphone users.

High number of users would tempt

companies to advertise in the app.

Target Customers

This app could target almost all adult and

teen individuals those who carry a smartphone.

This app is not an audience based app, as it serves

purpose of almost all individuals.

It is a country based app (INDIA).

Goals

can actually think of this app as a medium of

interaction and issue solving.

Maximizing government presence.

After a certain threshold number of users and

ministers, we must begin advertising and

that too in an optimized way.

Strategy

Customers

Three kind of customers the app would have :

1.Government officials : They want to solve the issue

and hence need authentic issues.

2.Users : They need their issues to be solved.

enough space for their ads to be placed.

Collaborators

Collaborators would be coders (app

development and support), Marketing

channels which would market the app.

Competitors

1.No such app exist as of now.

2.The competition could be diminished if the

company gets a support from the

government itself.

Context

The country is in utter need of a platform

where people can raise their voices. The app keeps in

mind every individual and is free of cost.

Tactics

Product

government officials.

A new app in its own kind.

Service

People won’t need to go to government

offices for their issues to be solved.

Ministers too can get to know the issues by just the

medium of app.

channels, newspapers, media.

The app is just the medium, people would be provided

with issue solving services through government

channels.

Distribution

Distribution of services is through

government channels.

App would be provided on almost all stores (google play, ios etc.).

Implementation

Infrastructure

The organizational structure would comprise of

coders, marketing managers,

employees assisting government officials.

Processes

The business process would be simple once the

app is ready. The app would serve the need of

social network narrowing itself to public service.

So once the app has enough user base, we must

focus on providing enough space to

advertisers.

Timeline

Schedule (1/3)

Although tentative,

Timeline would begin from app development

which would take 6 months to make a

basic presentable model.

By the time, active market

research would keep on going.

Schedule (2/3)

After that span, We must start contactinggovernment officials to activate their accounts (it

would be a tedious task ).

Schedule (3/3)

We have set a timeline of 1 year. Product will

be launched after this time period. And the

app would become public.
