Welcome Bill Monsour, District 59 Bill is from Los Angeles, now living 15 years already in Amsterdam.  He started

using easy-Speak in his club in 2006 when he was VPE.  Since then he has been grateful to have the tool while he was VPM, club president, area governor and division governor.

District 59  was No 1 in the world last year largely because all of their district's clubs are listed on easy-Speak and, therefore, they can easily keep track of their DCP planning.

Bill thinks using easy-speak is a great way to learn about how important and useful a digital tool can be in running a club, or a business, like businesses all around the world have discovered.

He also thinks that this course can be great for accrediting members of a support team for easy-Speak users, like they have in District 59.

Tonight Bill will focus on the background, the challenges and the achievements in implementing easy-Speak across all clubs in District 59.

Welcome Henri Guillaume, District 73 Henri has been with TM for four and a half years now, and he is four

speeches short of his DTM.

He got involved with the Club Executive after less than a year in the Club, which was probably the best thing to do, to really understand what goes on in TM.

In the subsequent years, he went on to bigger roles in the Club and in the District, including Area Governor and Division Governor.

He set up easy-speak at his home Club at Rowville TM, as well as at Victorian Governors (his second Club), and Carlton, both in Victoria, Australia.

The focus tonight will be to demonstrate a real-life implementation of easy-speak at Rowville.
