SYNOPSIS: [1986] George M, a Georgian, and three
other young men were camping near a mountain
village of Omalo, Tusheti, East Georgia. During that
night, they all witnessed 4 lights flying at a distance.Report submitted to MUFON in 1/19/2014

In August 3, 1986, the main witness, 25 year old George M and his comrade Alexander M, while
preparing their bedding at about 01:40 AM, their attention was diverted southwesterly as they
were gazing at four bright lights emerging from the nearby wooded hills and rapidly rising high
above the horizon. These lights began to veer leftward toward the S/SE as they appeared to

Caucasus Mountains, just a few kilometers from the Russian
border. But their midnight repose was interrupted by bright lights
streaking across the darken sky. ядерные ракеты !?
ACCOUNT: This international sighting took place 28 years
ago during the height of the Cold War. The incident also
involved other campers; indigenous people who attempted
.to enjoy an outing among the valleys of the Georgia's
follow the path of the Earth’s curvature. George
M: “There were four of them moving on the
Earth’s orbit, they glowed intensely with orange
colour and they flew in a diamond-shaped pattern
but they were obviously four separate star-like
objects, and no sound or noise was heard during
flight.” The lights finally descended vertically and
disappeared behind distance mountains. Some
waited for explosions…none occurred.
Historical
SYNOPSIS: “Mk” reported that on
07/17/14 at approximately 10:20 PM, he
observed a bright, fiery diamond shaped
UAP drop down near his property.
ACCOUNT: I have asked fellow MUFON
FI Phil Reynolds to assist me on this on-
site investigation on Sunday, July 20th,
2014, 02:00PM. We walked to the front

the incident lasted just a few seconds. “Mk” also added that he felt heat on the left side of
his face that was emanated from the UAP.
We proceeded to walk towards the back of the property and as we passed the round-roof
steel garage “Mk” added that on the night of the sighting, as he and his girlfriend “Cd” were
checking their backyard to see what was going on, “Mk” felt very uneasy as if something
was watching him. Suddenly they heard loud clatter as to something striking metal and both
got frightened and ran back to their house.

going on, he saw a brilliant orange “diamond”
shaped object swiftly descend behind trees

Reynolds and I searched the area under where
the UAP appeared, looking for physical/trace
evidence. A few feet into the forest’s edge, I took
noticed of a tree (White Oak) that some of its
branches appeared to have welted leaves along
with multiple holes throughout its foliage. Welt
leaves may be indicative to brief but intense heat
exposure - but the actual cause of the condition
of these leaves were unknown. The tree was on
private property. There were no visual/audible
alerts from our EMF meters.

ACCOUNT: The following case is an
offshoot of an UAP historical account that
was recently filed to the CMS Database on
September of 2014. The initial case I
investigated (MUFON# 52087) involved a
woman “Desa” and her mom that observed
a group of glowing spheres hovering above
treetops that took place in April 14, 1991,
near the township of Big Stone Gap,
Virginia. The submitted report also includes
pass episodes relating to small humanoids

that her cousin witnessed at their family’s cabin property in the late 1970’s and purportedly
these sightings went on for a few years.
Her cousin Sam was the primary witness but unfortunately he passed on, but he did reveal his
encounters to both his cousin Desa and other family members. Additional details were also
compiled by Desa from her uncle “Garry” that learned of these incidents from Sam during that
time period. In the fall of 2014, an investigation was initiated based on a written testimony of a
woman Desa disclosing unusual visitations involving her cousin Sam and bluish humanoids
that he had spotted on his cabin acreage, back in 1979. The cabin was sited near Big Cherry
Reservoir, a 2200 acre wooden hills area near a 250 acre lake. Desa was 8 years old when
she first heard of these “little blue men” that were proclaimed by Sam and seemingly these
intruders randomly showed up on the cabin’s property - and in multiple times.

Desa: “I do remember him saying that he had been seeing them for a few years at
that time, they just keep coming back to visit him for some reason; I think they like
my cabin Sam once said. When he first saw them, he didn’t go back to the cabin
for a long time but he said he got thinking…well, if they wanted to hurt me, they
would have the first time I saw them. He never changed his story, he swore to it til
the day he died”. She also said that Sam couldn’t figure out how their small necks
could support such huge heads. Sam once called these creatures “lil blue china
devils”.
The entities were described as:
• 3 to 4 feet in height
• No clothing worn
• Bluish “skin”
• Large malformed heads with a long thin chin,
….with big black eyes, small slits for the mouth and nostrils
• Long fingers (amount of digits were unknown)
• Some having “pot-bellies”

I was advised that her family no
longer own the property on which the
cabin was built. Her family rather kept
these incidents quiet for being afraid
that folks would think he was crazy.
Desa now resides in Tennessee and
in process of gathering additional
information and possible photos of
Sam and the cabin, for my file.
*An observation I would like to note
about the entities’ features, specifically
the irregular proportions related to their
craniums and that they were quite
similar to the creature that was once
seen two years prior in Dover,
Massachusetts – known as the “Dover
Demon”: On April 21 and 22, 1977,
three teen boys witnessed a similar
entity in their neighborhood of which
they later submitted sketches of it to
local authorities. See photo on the right:

SYNOPSIS: “RM” reported that on
Thursday night, May 5, 1977, at
approximately 09:30 PM, he saw an
object with lights hover near his
home.
INTERVIEW/STATEMENTS: In 1977,
RM at age 12 was preparing to go to
bed one evening and as he looked
out through his bedroom window, he
saw a dark object slowly hovering
above his property from right to left
(southwest to northeast). When the object slowed to a stop over the trees, about 400 feet away,
he estimated the size of the object to be about 100-150 feet diameter with an obscured surface
that was slightly darker than the night sky and a little difficult to differentiate. The object also
had lights at the base that were slowly flashing on and off but increased its velocity upon
descending behind the trees. No sound was heard. RM added that the object had round
windows of which he could see inside its interior as it passed by. RM: “There was faint greenish
light inside and I could see the wall with what looked like bolts or rivets running down a seam.
That's when I got afraid that I might see who was in there.” Soon after, he believed the object
lowered straight down into the trees. RM: “I went down and looked the next day to see if I could
find where it went but there was no sight of a landing anywhere - no trees broken”. He did not
see any humanoids inside or outside the craft that night and did not sense any “interaction”
between the object and himself. RM: “I have been calling it an [object] but what I saw was a
machine, I don't know who was flying it but it was a machine.” His dog at the time did not bark or
behave irrationally during this incident.
SYNOPSIS: “BC” reported that on
December 13, 2014 at
approximately 01:00 AM, he
looked up into the sky and
observed a large triangular object
gliding overhead.
ACCOUNT: As the witness exited
his home and onto his porch to

and its base was lit up by a bright light in its centroid. The large craft slowly hovered towards
his direction. As the object glided silently overhead, at approximately 2,000-3,000 feet, he
noticed that the light at the base of it that was very bright, revealing most of its dull, gun-metal
grey underside. The craft trajectory was southwest to northeast and took approximately seven
(7) minutes for the UFO to cross the night sky and it disappeared from his view.
The UFO was absence from conventional aircraft lights and navigational beacons. BC: “That
was a UFO… we don't have anything like that, it was one of their, a craft piloted by ETs.” He
also noted that there were some government helicopters flying above his area soon after this
sighting.

large chevron shaped object gliding

overhead, in a southeast to west trajectory. It had a dark, grey surface with a slight sheen as it
reflected some of the surface lights below. It hovered approximately 300 feet off the ground and
had no lights, beacons nor did the craft emit any sound. The sighting lasted about 10 seconds
before he lost sight of it behind trees in his backyard. Roger: “The object did not affect my
home’s electricity or electronic equipment, and my dogs did not react to it.”

Historical CASE 16539 - Pasadena, MD: On April 16, 2009, at
approx. 03:15 AM, a couple were awaken by a loud humming
from outside their home. “TS” looked outside his bedroom
window and saw a large triangular craft hovering above his
property, wingspan of approx. 300 feet, heading towards SE
and took about 17 minutes to pass over their house and to
fade at a distance. Next morning, TS spoke to his neighbor
and he said that he also heard the strange noise over his
home but very reluctant to continue with the conversation.

ACCOUNT: On March 8, 2014 at
11:24:11 PM, the witness “JR” was
outside walking his dog as he
noticed a series of lights in the sky
as he was looking westerly. He

The rectangular shaped anomaly seem to have also discharged “flares” like illuminations from
its base. Three additional lights have also appeared to have flown across and merged with the
large UFO. After about 5 minutes, it quickly flew in a southwesterly direction. There were
neither military aircraft nor commercial planes in the area during or after this incident.
Witness’s dog did not react strangely to these anomalies. A year later and soon after JR
watched a program on TV about MUFON on the istory Channel, this is when he decided to
submit a report to us.

she noticed lights in the sky and

Center that was pulsing). It flew east across the highway from right to left and took about 2
minutes to pass over and disappear at a distance. SM: “It didn't appear to have much thickness
from my perspective and I couldn't really see much of anything between the two rows of lights…I
was seeing the lights mostly from underneath. It was more like a disturbance in the space
between the rows of lights, like it was distorted and too empty against the night sky full of stars,
like watching a panel of glass float by.” There were no other vehicles on the road during the
incident. No sound was heard from this object.
CORRELATING CASES: NUFORC case 4/20/2015 at 10:00 PM, Cleveland, OK. Husband and
wife witnessed a very similar rectangular craft with white and red lights (red light also pulsing).
They describe the craft as “larger than a football field” and it did not make any noise. Flight
duration: 2-3 minutes.
SYNOPSIS: Witness saw a metal
sphere UAP hovering over Fort
Pickett Army Base’s lot.
ACCOUNT: On August 10, 1998 at
approx. 10:00 AM, the witness PFC
“KR” was stationed at Fort Pickett
Army Base and was outside near
the entrance of the base’s motor
pool taking a break. He then

perceived an object that was hovering
above the trucks about 50 feet away,
slightly fluctuating up/down and left/right.
At first he thought it was a humming bird but as his eyes adjusted to this object, he noticed
that it was what appeared to be a metallic sphere – or a “shot put” ball as he described it.
Shortly after, he cautiously started to walk towards this UAP but it instantly reacted and fled
from the scene. KR: “As I moved near it, it seemed to fade in and out of view then suddenly
it darted towards the front gate and it dematerialized in mid-flight!”
The witness did not file an official report with the base but he did immediately inform the
Sergeant on duty – Sgt. D. Robertson. The object was about the size of a dime at arm’s
length, silver in color but it did not generate any noise. He was the only witness. KR: “I had
no sense of fear or anxiety associated with this event, just a feeling of how cool this was and
that I needed to tell someone quick!”
SYNOPSIS: On July 4, 2014, at
10:15 PM, a woman witnessed what
appeared to be a classic saucers
exiting a vortex above her area.
ACCOUNT: After enjoying the 4th of
July fireworks at their neighborhood
pavilion, “Lily” and her husband
drove back to their home which was
just a few miles away. Once inside,

see where this object came from and was mystified to see a dark, ominous cloud swirling above
her block, as to a cyclone.

multicolor lights underneath flew out of it.
They disappeared one by one over my
rooftop flying southwest…it only lasted a few
seconds, maybe 15. Then the hole closed
and the sky looked normal again.”
The fleeting emergence of these UFOs did
not affect the home’s electricity or electronic
equipment and her three cats did not react
negatively during this event. Her husband
did not witness these objects…
[POST CASE] January 21, 2015: Lily: "About a week later, we both saw a very high flying
multicolor lights UFO doing "pirouettes", it lasted long enough for him to doubt what he was
seeing but he is reluctant to admit he is sure it was a UFO but knows a plane could not do that
kind of flying. I spoke with a couple of neighbor/friends at that time, one of them saw multicolor
random lights in the sky but did not pay much attention to them. I did not press any further. We
relocated back to New York in October of last year (2014). Sorry I cannot be of more help but I
am completely certain of what I saw; three flying saucers coming out of a tunnel/funnel like hole

CHILDHOOD EXPERIENCE: During our emails
exchange, Lily unveiled an encounter that took place
decades past. Lily grew up in a humble home in Lima,
Perú, with four siblings in the mid-1950s. At age 6, she
recalls waking up in the middle of the night by an intense
bright light that pierced through her bedroom window. The
room suddenly became unbearably cold and during this
stage, translucent beings emerged into view. She also
remembers that she felt a strong pressure all around her
head, similar to wearing a tight metallic band or a “crown” as she described it. Lily: “I
remember seeing shapes of white beings, not tall but not children size, translucent almost, but
not threatening at all, on the contrary, it felt soothing…I cannot honestly say I was abducted or
taken into a space ship, I do not recall that.”
Lily did share her strange encounters with her brother and sisters and discovered that they also
had early childhood memories of shadowy, white beings visiting their bedroom at night. Her
younger sister, who still lives in Lima, remembers vividly being examined by 4 white, almost
transparent entities.

CLOSING: Lily is a linguist and her husband a psychotherapist. She stated that the main
reason why she submitted her report to MUFON and along with sharing additional details with
me is because of the mysterious funnel that she witnessed - an anomaly that she never seen
before.
