Major Point of Discussion:Sit-down
• In this study, we found that sit-down service is divided into two styles.
They are known as family-meal and platted-meal style.
Pros: Guests receive their food at the same time.Cons: May require more server, therefore may spend more money.

Pros: Fewer servers are needed, therefore may save some money.Cons: Takes a while for guest to take their food, may form queuing lines.

• Clients are welcome to add decorations to the permissiblecompounds and/or areas in the theme of the event so longas decorations do not damage the property or groundsof Taylor’s University Lakeside. As a ‘Go-green’ university,we do emphasize eco-friendly practices.
• Containers, electronics, props and stands placed within thepermissible compounds and/or areas must have certifiedlabels and/or protective bases to avoid potential waterleakage and damage to furnishings and floors and otherhazards. Fireworks and glitters are not permitted onthe property.

• Taylor’s University Lakeside must reserve the right tocharge for loss and/or damage beyond normal wearand tear. The client will be informed of such byownership as appropriate immediately or as soon aspossible afterward upon occurrence.
• Taylor’s University Lakeside is a non-smokingproperty (including our carparks). Should an outdoordesignated smoking area be required, ownership willconsult with the client regarding a location.
