BASIC RECOMMENDATIONS* Keep it very simple, clean and PALEO
Consider that a fish , salad, and veggie diet is more than enough sacrifice for nearly everyone Wild Caught fish-all types, Veggies~lightly
steamed or cooked gently, Salads (avoid Iceburg lettuce)

What is THE DANIEL FAST?: Some food for thought
• The bible does not reference a “DANIEL FAST” [Daniel 10] ~ the word “fast” is not used
• Daniel 10: 2 [message} “I, Daniel, went into morning over Jerusalem for 3 weeks (21 days)
• Daniel 10: 3 [message] “ I ate only plain and simple food, no seasoning or meat or wine….I neither bathed nor shaved until the three weeks were up” Consider: This is a description of a distraught, depressed man who had just had a vision of a terrible war. Do we copy the grooming habits as well?

HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN ALOE VERA JUICE

Recipe: THAI SALMON CAKES
• Firm white fish fillets, coarsely chopped • ½ cup fresh coriander leaves • (1/4 cup) almond flour • 2 tablespoons fish sauce • 2 tablespoons chili sauce • 1 egg, lightly whisked • 3 green shallots, ends trimmed, finely chopped • Green beans, finely chopped • (1/3 cup)extra virgin oil • Lime wedges, to serve • Sweet chili sauce, extra, to serve
Herb salad Dressing • 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves • 2 tablespoons extra olive oil • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
Method • Step 1 ~ Place the fish in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. Add the coriander almond
flour , fish sauce, sweet chili sauce and egg, and process until well combined. • Step 2 ~ Transfer the fish mixture to a large bowl. Add the shallot and beans and stir until well combined.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Place 4 egg rings in the pan. Divide the fish mixture into 8 equal portions. Press 1 portion into each egg ring. Cook for 4 minutes each side or until golden brown. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel. Repeat with the remaining fish mixture, reheating the pan between batches.
• Step 3 ~Meanwhile, to make the herb salad, place the Asian salad mix, coriander, oil and lime juice in a large bowl and gently toss until just combined.
• Step 4 ~Divide the fish cakes and salad among serving plates. Serve with lime wedges and extra sweet chili sauce.
