What are the similarities and differences between France and NZ?
By Pheonix
France beat New Zealand in the Rugby World Cup in 2007. Both countries have famous rugby teams. The New Zealand rugby team is called the All Blacks. Both
countries have famous towers. New Zealand’s famous tower is called the Sky
Tower and the most famous tower in France is called the Eiffel Tower. The Eiffel Tower is 4 metres shorter than the Sky
Tower. They are both tall towers.

France and New Zealand both have famous sports. The most famous sport in
France is soccer and the most famous sport in New Zealand is rugby. The
stadium in France is bigger and richer than the stadium in NZ. The NZ flag has four stars on it, but the French flag has
none. France has six countries connected to its border. But NZ doesn’t have any
countries connected to its border because it’s an island.
French people eat snails and frogs legs. In New Zealand our snails and frogs legs are not eatable (edible). French people mostly drink wine on Sundays but NZ people mostly drink wine on
special occasions.
The kiwi is the national symbol of NZ, as well as the silver fern.
France has different money to NZ. France still has a one cent,
two cent and five cent coin. In NZ we don’t have a one cent, two cent
and five cent coins any more. France even has a $500 Euro bill.
So I really think France is better than NZ. I think France is cool because they have got a better
country and it’s big. They have lots of fancy stuff, but NZ only has
some.
