This session will offer a discussion of integration points, policy issues, data flow between systems, researcher participation, discovered opportunities, and demonstrations by societies and vendors. – Authors asked to register with ORCID upon submission– Authors and reviewers asked to update their profiles every six

months– API pulls ORCID i.d. for registered authors– ORCID i.d.’s passed to netForum (association management system) – Slow start; additional author and reviewer campaigns planned

• EJournal Press integration with netForum– Author and reviewer information passed to netForum

• ORCID integration with netForum– Members asked to update their profile when renewing membership

or journal subscriptions or when registering for Fall Meeting

• Eliminating duplicate member records in netForum AMS

• Eliminating duplicate author/reviewer records in EJPress system

• Reconciliation of author/reviewer records (passed from editorial management system) with member records in AMS
