Small views in a big world

After a week of capturing she goes on the site and sees others contributions,

She also looks at her week in review, it makes her feel that life is not just flying away she is present.

Jenny wakes up with a text message that tells her to look for red things today.

She is happy that now that she walks to work she notices things that she has never noticed before and she feels more happy and calmer

Theoretical Justifications

• Creating a wide view on the world is just as important as remembering to breath. Usually we have a very focused mindset, but this mindset if overused creates stress

• It is important to create a community and be reliable to someone when doing this behavior change
