DESCRIPTION
In order to impact the business, we need to get valuable information and tools about people inside the business. Every day, HR practitioners fight for relevance; meanwhile, they hope that business leaders will make solid people management decisions. Even when we engage in “strategic” practices, we often find ourselves circling the business – outside looking in – with frustratingly little impact. What if we could get inside the business? If we did, couldn’t we bring a lot more value? What tools would we bring with us? What information could we share? What role would we play?
