We become less active and gain more weight

By our late 40’s our heart rate, lung

captivity, muscle strength, and eye sight slightly decrease

Middle Adulthood

50’s and 60’s Gradual bone loss Decrease in lung output Skin starts to wrinkle and joints deteriorate Organs become less sensitive hearts become less efficient

Late Adulthood

Muscle strength, bone density, speed of nerve connections, and heart and lung rate output decrease

With age our bodies cells become less-able to repair themselves, thus there is more wear and tear on the body.
