SUPPLY CHAIN - AGR RECOGNITION

Oil & Gas UK has awarded AGRBronze (2009) & Silver (2010; 2011;) level of Supply Chain Compliance. This was out of 150 signatories to the Supply Chain Code of Practice which has:-– speed of invoice payments;– transparency of forward work planning; and– use of standardised contracts;as some of the compliance yardsticks.

CONTRACTING WITH AGR

To secure a Contract to provide Services to AGR the following applies:

• Contractor/Supplier must be registered on First Point Assessment

• Likely a tender process will take place - achieves transparency to AGR’s Clients & JOA compliance

• LOGIC (CRINE) Standard T’s & C’s utilised – both UKCS and overseas (excluding USA)

• Tender evaluation, recommendation to award and placement of Contract
