THE PINK PROGRAM MAINTENANCEThis twice a week program is offered to those recovering from breast cancer or cur-rently going through cancer treatments. The maintenance program gives breast cancer survivors the opportunity to continue build-ing strength, stamina, and range of motion while being part of a supportive group of individuals coping with breast cancer.Mon/Wed 1:00 - 2:00 pm F Free

ACTIVE OLDER ADULT TRAININGAn ‘at your own pace’ exercise programdesigned for each individual participant.Emphasis is on strengthening muscles andimproving flexibility and balance.
