Human Resource Recruiter

Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Chief Operations Officer. Works with the Directors, Managers and other Leadership team members to ensure that the houses and sites are properly staffed. Prior to their 21st birthday, the HR Recruiter checks their driving record, requests a Driving Abstract and notifies Payroll regarding a pay increase if they meet the agency's driving requirements. 14. Monitors and maintains current employee personnel files. Tracks and enters information in the Employment Database. Provides information for Licensure and Medicaid reviews. 15. Creates new I.D. badges for new employees. 16. Prepares benefit packet for all new employees eligible. 17. Member of Employee of the Month committee. Collects "Job Well Done" certificates, meets with the committee monthly and help choose Employee of the Month. Assists in the selection process for Employee of the year. 18. Helps coordinate and produce a monthly staff newsletter with the Executive Assistant.
