Getting started each day:Quick write: What do you think are the first three things you should do when you come into the classroom each day?

1. Get your science notebook.

2. Read the LFD and follow the directions. BTW—one of the directions will ALWAYS be what to to with your laptop.

3. Be IN your SEAT before the bell rings!!!

Supplies:Quick write: What four things do you think you will need in class each day?1. pencil or ball point pen (no sharpies!)

2. Lined binder paper.

3. Your science notebook

4. Your chrome book

Laptop Policy in this classroom:

Quick write: How do you think you’ll know if you need to turn on your laptop in class?

1. READ the LFD when you come in—it will tell you what to do with the laptop.

2. FOLLOW the directions on the board.

Laptop consequences:

First offense—off the computer for the rest of the period. I hold it up front.

Second offense—off the computer for the next 5 days. I hold it up front.

Third offense—NO computer in this class until we’ve had a conference with parent and counselor
