How do they differ…

• Student Self Roster– Instructor does not have to roster each

student…– Student’s user name/password may not

match

• Instructor Roster– Takes more prep time – but not that difficult– Student’s user name/password will match

Student Self-Registration

For Student Self-Registration - Click on ‘Students will self-enroll.’

Click OK

Class Key Created

This is the Class Key for this course and particular section.

Click OK. Process is complete.

Where do students log-in?

Instructor Rostering

For an Instructor to Roster Students - - Click on ‘I will upload a roster’ and Click on ‘Now.’

Click OK

Uploading Roster

1-Uploading Roster: Click Browse and locate Excel File, EWA Example Roster_2008 Phillies.

2-Uploading File: Click on Upload file

Roster Upload

Roster Upload: Click Next

Create User Name & Password

Create Usernames: Click on ‘Generate Usernames’ to automatically generate.

Create Passwords:

1. Click on ‘Use the Same Password for all of My Students’.

2. Enter a Password

3. Click Generate Passwords

Once Completed, Click Next

Roster Upload Confirmation

Roster Upload is Successful.Click OK.

Roster Upload Complete
