Comprehensive and easy-to-use qPCR data analysisExiqon GenEx combines advanced qPCR data analysis with a user-friendly streamlined workflow (Figure 1). It is specifically adapted to Exiqon's miRCURY LNA™ Universal RT microRNA PCR products and can be used for any qPCR data analysis project, including both relative and absolute quantification experiments.

Excellent data pre-processing One of the most important parts of a qPCR experiment is the pre-processing of raw data for subsequent statistical analysis. GenEx offers a streamlined and user-friendly interface which aids data handling. For accurate normalization, GenEx offers both Norm-Finder and GeNorm, which means that you get two algorithms on which to base your choice of reference genes. Normalization to multiple reference genes or to global mean expression is done by the click of a button.

Comprehensive statistical analysesGenEx offers advanced statistical solutions for post-normalization data analysis. Powerful presentation tools facilitate the generation of professional illustrations of even the most complex experimental designs.
