Role description: Successful HR Business Partners act
as associate champions and change agents, and assess
and anticipate future HR needs. They deliver value-added
service to managers, associates and stakeholders that
consistently reflect Gartner business objectives.
What we look for:• Progressive HR generalist/HR Business Partner experience
with proven skills in all facets of Human Resources
• Ability to influence and negotiate with key business stakeholders to drive strategies, key initiatives and programs
• Excellent relationship management skills and experience collaborating in a matrixed environment
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Successful track record of superior service delivery
• In-depth understanding of priorities and the ability to focus on critical business needs
• Strategic partner and trusted advisor to provide guidance in the areas of HR planning, operations and consultation
