2-c) SALE OF THE EVENT

Being a worldwide Event with the participation of almost 100 players from every corner of the

World, the Hosting Club will have the chance to « sale » the Event in order to get some incomes.

To deeply argue about sales activities, the bidding Jorkyball Clubs will receive another Dossier

«Financial Points – The Software» in order to find ideas and solutions to better sale this Event.

3.a) GENERAL LIST

The JIF World Competitions 2017 it’s a huge Event to manage: almost 100 persons for 12 hours per

day in your Club. The key of the success it’s between a good jobs’ sharing between JIF and Hosting

Club. But the Hosting Club has to be prepared and well equipped with a great Staff.

Every person of the local Staff must take care about a specific sector; and at least 10 volunteers

(drivers, waiters, cleaners, barmen, etc.) are necessary for the success of the Event

4-a) JIF QUALITY STANDARDS

An high-quality standard is pursued at the Official JIF Competitions.

Welcoming, promoting and sports points are included in these high-quality standards.

The reason why JIF will continuously checks every details, in order to welcome players and specta-

tors in the best way.

If, for instance, the Hosting Club will not accomplish to one of the agreed points, a money penalty

is prevised.

4-b) WELCOMING OBLIGATIONS

The Hosting Club will must take care about some welcoming obligations :

- The Official Guide of the JIF World Competitions 2017 must be finalised and printed at least

15 days before the Competitions (almost 5.000 copies). This Magazine will be the official brochure

of the Event, including competitions’ details and Sponsors’ visibility;

- A Medical Assistance at players’ disposition during the competition (Thu. 17h-22h, Fri.

09h-20h, Sat. 09h-20h, Sun. 09h-13h): 1 physiotherapist, 1 Ambulance with 1 driver + 1 nurse + 1 doctor;

- A photographer / cameraman during the competition at almost all time: Thu. 17h-22h, Fri.

16h-20h, Sat. 16h-20h, Sun. 09h-13h. The photos and videos must be delivered to JIF Staff at the

end of every daily session (Thu. at 22h, Fri. at 20h, Sat. at 20h, Sun. at 13h);

- A wi-fi area for about 100 persons per 12 hours per day. A “wi-fi booster” is probably needed

in order to guarantee this service;

- A giant screen (almost 3x2 meters) for photos, videos, presentations.

One important rule : the Hosting Club must be « ready » for the Opening of the JIF World Competi-

tions at the following day/hour : Wednesday 3th of May at 20h. This meaning that every Welcome

detail must be ready the day before the Opening of the Event.

CLUB'S OBLIGATIONS4)

4-c) PROMOTING OBLIGATIONS

The Hosting Club will must take care about some promoting obligations :

- Local Medias must be contacted and invited to JIF World Competitions 2016. An official list

(name of the Media, referents, mail, phone) must be prepared within November 2015;

- A Press Conference must be organised 20 days before the Event;

- A massive cooperation between the Hosting Club and its National Federation is required,

in order to promote the Event as better as we can. A specific Project must be edited and shared /

agreed with JIF;

- An Hosting Club’s Social Network Team from November to May, with a specific Project to

be shared / agreed with JIF;

- A City Promoting Project is needed, in order to inform all citizens about the worldwide

Event. Media tools such as 4x3 meters street Posters, City Public Transport promotional spaces,

City Hall promotional spaces, Marketing deals with public and private Partners of the City;

- A School Promoting Project is needed, in order to inform all student about the Event and

invite them to take part. City schools must be contacted and invited and a large number of

students must be present at the Opening Ceremony of the Event and at least at the World Cup

for Nations Finals (male and female).
