NABA Cooling Technology GmbH Capabilities NABA is an engineering company established in 2008. The headquarter is in Vienna, Austria., NABA provides consultancy and engineering support to the esteemed clients in Asia, Africa, Australia and Middle East for the cooling requirements especially for dry cooling NABA enjoys, among others, two consultants who have wide international experience in the field of cooling especially power plant cooling, mainly in the various dry and hybrid cooling technologies. Dr. György Pálfalvi is a mechanical engineers who spent several decades at EGI, Budapest and retired as technical vice prsident of EGI in 2001. Since 1965, he participated in the development of the Heller system and was in charge of several dry cooling projects worldwide. Later, as a power plant director at EON Hungaria, he was responsible for the construction of two combined cycle power plants, both equipped with air coooled condensers, in Hungary. Dr. Tamás Környey used to be an assistent professor in the Technical University of Budapest and worked together with professor László Heller, who developed the „Heller dry cooling system”. On the basis of the experiences in power plant projects in Hungary, China, the Soviet Union, Syria, Turkey, Japan, etc., Dr. Pálfalvi and Dr. Környey are capable to provide support to NABA from the development of new products up to the Basic and Detail Design contracting activities in the various cooling system projects. The support includes the followings:

• Development of new air coolers or other parts • Development of softwares for the dimensioning of equipment • Development of basic design • Management and Control of the detailed engineering activities • Description of the project and of the control system • Participation in preparing inquires to subcontractors and in the

procurement of various parts • Technical supervision of engineering, manufacturing and commissioning,

etc.
