Most proposals have been reviewed and rated by Programming Committee Members. Ratings are being compiled and sessions categorized for comparison against topics of interest as
noted on the Pre-Conference survey (administered in August 2011).
Acceptance/invitations with a required commitment response will be sent to applicants (i.e.,presenters) in priority order based upon ratings.
Sessions will be scheduled as commitment responses are returned from presenters.TENTATIVE EVENT SCHEDULEOriginally, the conference schedule included 21 breakout sessions on Thursday and Friday. Due to thevolume of high-quality presentation proposals (rated highly by the reviewers), we are proposing to offersome breakout sessions on Wednesday afternoon as noted on the following schedule:
