Due to space constraint, we could not conclude our review of the Year 2015 in the last outing of Town & Gown. But there were seceral other landmark events that equally defined and reaffirmed the preeminent status of the University of Ilorin in 2015. These included the discovery of new anti-malaria compounds by one of our own dons; the rapid internationalisation drive of the University; the sustenance of a peaceful campus devoid of unbridled aluta; the dogged sustenance of a unique clean and green environment, as well as the attraction of an unprecedented number of foreign dignitaries to our campus.

With people like Prof.
