我們的影響。故此大金設計了空氣潔淨機 MC70LBFVM以改善

室內的空氣質素，為大金客戶提供一個健康的家。事實上， 室

內空氣質量的優劣會直接影響人體健

康，一般家居環境是充滿著塵埃、空氣

中的較大微粒及過敏原，很容易被成人

及幼兒直接吸入，引致多種毛病。 而這

部空氣潔淨機採用大金電光 2極能的技

術，電光 2極能是一種產生大量高速電

子的等離子放電科技，相比其他牌子的

等離子放電空氣潔淨機，大金電光 2極

能的放電範圍更廣、持久力更強，令高

速電子更容易與空氣中的氧分子、氮分

好處之外， 當然少不了我們大金的代言人 Pichonkun 和大家合

照。透過這次活動除了希望能讓更多人認識大金空氣潔淨機的

特點外，最重要是藉此提高大家對空氣質素的意識。

Daikin Hong Kong has not only been focusing on product

quality, but also pay attention to the air quality impact on human

beings. Therefore Daikin air purifier MC70LBFVM was designed

to improve indoor air quality and offer a healthy home to our

customers. In fact, the indoor air quality directly affects human

health. Our home is full of dust, larger particles in the

air or allergens and they can easily be inhaled directly

by adults and babies. This air purifier applies Daikin

“Streamer Discharge Technology” to counter this

problem. “Streamer Discharge” is a type of plasma

discharge in which high speed

e lectrons are generated.

discharge range so that high-speed electrons can react with

explained the functions and the benefits

of the air pur i f ier, our spokesman,

Pichonkun became a giant doll and took

pictures with our customers. Through

would pay attention to Daikin air purifier and understand its

characteristics, the most important thing is to be able to

increase the awareness of air quality in Hong Kong.

大金香港為香港市民服務已超過二十九年，期間不斷為客戶提

供高質素的空調設備。為感謝業界鼎力支持，大金香港於本年 4

月 3日九龍香港麗思卡爾頓酒店舉行一年一度的『大金里程積

分獎賞計劃晚宴 2013』，並透過是次晚宴向各位介紹里程積分

獎賞計劃及介紹『與大金一起走向全世界』的 FACEBOOK遊戲

。晚宴開始前我們安排了兩位模特兒與各賓客拍照留念。當晚

先由一眾性感的舞蹈員帶來一段精彩的舞蹈表演，令眾人目不

暇給，然後由大金香港董事長樋口忠司先生致辭，為晚宴展開

序幕。及後營業部高級經理陳俊明先生公佈去年的業績及頒發

『大金積極銷售獎』予各得獎者，並感謝他們對香港大金的支

持，同時也介紹了『與大金一起走向全世界』的 FACEBOOK遊

戲並即場示範，之後更邀請賓客一起上台試玩。陳經理更公佈

了今年大金里程之旅地點為意大利，並即場抽出三名幸運兒，

每人可獲得一個大金里程之旅的旅遊名額。而在這個盛大的場

合上，大金的代言人 Pichonkun化身為巨型人偶與眾人合照，

為在場賓客帶來不少歡樂。而每年我們都會邀請歌手為晚宴獻

唱，當晚吳國敬和太極樂隊主音雷有輝為我們帶來精彩的歌唱

表演。在此再次感謝各業界的支持及參與。

Daikin Hong Kong has been providing high quality air-conditioner

to Hong Kong citizens for more than twenty nine years. In order

to thank for everyone’s support, Daikin Hong Kong hosted the

annual “Daikin Air-Conditioning Mileage Awards Dinner 2013”

at The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong Hotel. In the meantime, we

also introduced the Mileage Awards Scheme and the new

FACEBOOK game called “Go to the world with Daikin”. Before

the dinner started, guests took photos with two beautiful

models. Also, a group of dancers provided us an amazing

dancing performance. The dinner started by the speech from

our Managing Director, Mr. C. Higuchi. Then Senior Sales

Manager, Mr. Miky Chan, announced the sales results and

presented the “Daikin Aggressive Award 2012” to the winners

to appreciate their great support in last year. He also showed

us how to play the new FACEBOOK game and invited guests

to play together. Moreover, Mr. Miky Chan announced the

destination of Mileage Tour 2013 which is Italy and 3 lucky

guests had won a place to travel along the trip. Regard as our

spokesman, Pichonkun became a giant doll and brought a lot

of fun to our guests. Last but not least, Mr. Eddie Ng and Mr.

Patrick Lui brought a great singing performance to us. Finally,

we would like to thank you all of you to join the dinner and give

us great support and wonderful time.

This TV commercial is now broadcasting in different mass

media, such as TVB, MTR TV, Yahoo.com, MyTV.com etc. For

the plane advertisement, it is printed in various newspapers,

smart phone apps and tram body etc. Last but not least, our

plane advertisement can be seen everywhere in Tsim Sha Tsui

MTR Station and platform area and Facebook Fan Page.

炎炎夏日到來，很多人會想著更換冷氣，有鑑於此，大金在剛

過去的 6月及 7 月舉行「大金變頻冷暖系列及多聯型夏日推廣

活動」，除了讓大家認識更多大金變頻技術的優點之外，還派

出大金冷氣專業顧問服務團隊，先後到訪將軍澳新都城、青衣

盈翠半島及將軍澳維景灣畔，為在場住戶解答關於冷氣機安裝

或相關的問題。

是次活動中，大金在各屋苑展示了家用冷暖變頻掛牆分體機及

多聯型系列，專人會因應各屋苑不同單位的間隔，而為住戶介

紹相應的冷氣組合。另外，僅需一部多聯型系列的室外機便能

連接 2至 4部室內機，既能減少安裝空間的限制外，又能節

省了一些安裝的費用，提高了冷氣機組合的彈性。而且在會場

除了有冷氣機推廣外，亦有展示新產品－「大金電光 2極能

空氣潔淨機」，它不但可分解空氣中的細菌及病毒，更可去除

甲醛以及過敏原等多種有害物質。此外，我們除了在場內派發

氣球及贈品外，亦在會所內安排了沙畫彩繪及創意畫杯給在

場小朋友參予。當然少不了深受男女老幼歡迎的大金吉祥物 –

Pichonkun亦有到場跳舞助興，吸引了大批大朋友小朋友來拍

照留念，令在場氣氛生色不少。

Many people would like to replace air-conditioner in the summer

period, since that, Daikin had held “Summer Promotion of Daikin

Inverter Split Type and Multi Type Unit” in last June and July. The

event was held in Tierra Verde in Tsing Yi , Metro City Phase II

in Tseung Kwan O and Ocean Shores in Tseung Kwan O. The

purpose of this event not only promoting the advantages of

Daikin inverter technology, but also our professional consulting

team offering solution for the residents about the installation of

air-conditioner.

In this exhibition, Daikin has displayed the inverter heat pump

and multi-split series, our specialists depended on different

flat designs to provide suggestion to the residents. Otherwise,

the inverter multi-split type can connect 2 to 4 indoor units

by a single outdoor unit, which can reduce the installation fee

and also make the air-conditioning design more flexible as the

installation space limitation was decreased. Despite of the air-

conditioner, Daikin has also displayed its new product –“Daikin

Streamer Discharge Air Purifier”, it not only decomposes bacteria

and viruses, but also removes the hazardous substances such

as formaldehyde or allergens. Other than distributing balloon

and gifts to kids, sand art card coloring and mug painting were

also be arranged during the exhibition. Moreover, Daikin famous

mascot – “Pichonkun” also came to the exhibition, giving fun

and performing some dances to the residents and visitors.

It attracted a lot of families for taking photo with him, which

bought out a lot of happiness in the exhibition.

為了鼓勵及提供一個平台給會員分享 VRV安裝技術，VRV

CLUB 在今年 7月舉辦了一個名為「大金 VRV Club 安裝分享

大賞 2013」的活動，為了收集一些優質的 VRV安裝步驟，以

供各會員及大眾分享。參加者除了可以贏得豐富獎金外，亦可

查閱得獎者的安裝方式，以作參考。該活動獎品豐富，頭獎：

HKD10,000；二獎：HKD 8,000；三獎：HKD 5,000及安慰獎：

HKD 1,000(十名 )。活動日期由 2013年 7月 1日起至 12月 31

日前，請大家踴躍參加。

For encouraging and providing opportunity to our VRV club

members sharing their VRV installation experience, VRV Club

has carried out an event called “Dakin Installation Campaign

2013”last July. The purpose of this event is to collect some

example for high quality installation of VRV and then share to

our members and public. Throughout this event, participant not

only can learn from others’ installation method as reference, but

also can earn generous bonus. For the first place, HKD 10, 000

will be awarded; second place will have HKD 8,000 awarded;

third place will have HKD 5,000 awarded, and 10 consolation

for HKD 1,000. The application starts from 1st July 2013 and

ends at 31st December 2013, I hope that you will all participate.

變頻空調除了節能環保之外，另一賣點是精準的智能恆溫技術，

給用家一個理想的恆溫環境；而VRV系統在監測室內溫度方面，

會依靠室內機回風和有線遙控器中的溫控傳感器。【僅適用於

有線遙控器中的溫控傳感器，現場設定為“Use (使用 )”時】

當 VRV系統運行時，兩個溫控傳感器會在不同回風溫度下進行

溫度調控。製冷時，當室內機回風溫度明顯偏離預設溫度時，

系統會利用室內機的溫控傳感器進行調節；如果回風溫度接近

預設溫度的時候，則使用有線遙控器內的溫控傳感器作微調。

但當制暖時，由於暖空氣向上升的原理，令用家主要活動的範

圍﹝即房間較下方的高度﹞的溫度較低。如果使用回風室內機

的溫控傳感器控制，可能會導致房間較下方的溫度未到達預設

溫度前，已被回風溫控傳感器關閉的情況。因此出廠設定時令

遙控器內的溫控傳感器的控制範圍較寬，同時令回風溫度比設

定溫度高，避免用家活動的高度範圍寒冷。

Inverter air-conditioning system is not only more energy-saving

than non-inverter models, it also provides a high comfort levels to

the end user by its precise temperature control. For VRV system,

the room temperature is controlled by both air suction thermostat

sensor in the indoor unit and the thermostat sensor in remote

controller. (This is however limited to when the field setting for the

thermostat sensor in remote controller is set to “Use”.)

When VRV system operates, two thermostat sensors will carry

out temperature control under different condition. If there is a

significant difference in the preset temperature and the suction

temperature, fine adjustment control is carried out using air

suction thermostat sensor; Or using the sensor in the remote

controller when the suction temperature is near the preset

temperature. During heating, due to hot air rises to the top of

the room, temperature near the floor where the occupants are

becomes lower. If the air suction thermostat sensor is used,

the unit may therefore be turned off by the thermostat before

the lower part of the room reaches the preset temperature.

Therefore, widening the range in which thermostat sensor in

remote controller can be used so that the lower part of the room

can reach its preset temperature.

今期登堂入室的主角是香

港國際機場啟德發展計劃，

香港國際機場在 1998年 7

月搬遷至赤鱲角，位於市

區的機場舊址 ─ 啟德提供

了一個很好的發展機會。

啟德發展計劃規模龐大，

總規劃面積超過三百二十

公頃，除了為大約 90,000

名居民提供優質生活環境，

還建設完善的休憩處和公

園網絡，供周遭市民使用。

基於對環境保護，減少二

氧化碳排放的考慮，啟德大多採用水冷空調設備，而在電腦控

制室需要留意以下事項 :精準溫度控制持續制冷及系統絕不能

漏水，大金的水冷 VRV既能精準控制溫度，而且 VRV主機與

室內機之間透過冷媒配管連接大大減低漏水問題；再加上二十

多年來所建立的良好口碑，使這個問題迎刃而解。雖然體積纖

巧「1000(H) x 780(W) x 550(D) mm」，但水冷 VRV仍提供高

額運轉負荷效率 (運轉負荷效率可高達 5.49-4.59)。同時，纖巧

的室外機可以使用電梯運送，令運輸成本得以節省。安裝地方

同樣因為纖巧的體積，可上下兩層疊放而更容易安排，從而增

加空間利用率。

In this issue of VRV Club Newsletter, we would l ike to

introduce a District Cooling System (Phase II Works) at Kai

Tak Development. Kai Tak Development is a huge and highly

complex development project spanning over 320 hectares

with the largest available land fronting Victoria Harbour. It offers

opportunities to bring the harbour to the people, provides high

quality living environment for around 90,000 residents. What’s

more, Kai Tak Development seeks to practise sustainable

development and cultivate a comprehensive network of parks

and gardens for everyone to enjoy.

Taking account of the environmental protection and reduction

of carbon dioxide emissions, the Kai Tak Development adopts

water cooled air-conditioning system. In those server rooms

which require precise temperature control, continuously supply

of cooling air, and zero water-leakage problem, Daikin water-

cooled VRV III helps to overcome the problems. Daikin water-

cooled VRV III offers excellent performance in temperature

control; greatly reduces water leakage problem by using

refrigerant piping connecting with indoor unit and outdoor

unit; and gain brand reputation in air conditioning technology.

Even the size of water-cooled VRV III is tiny [1000(H) x 780(W)

x 550(D) mm], it still remains excellent performance in COP

(the COP is in-between 5.49-4.59). At the same time, tiny

outdoor unit can be easily transported by lift, as the result, the

transportation and installation cost is greatly reduced. Such

tiny outdoor unit can be stacked into two layers, and thus the

installation space can be reduced.
