Sarah Louise Smith, TEMBA Who she is: Executive Director
What the EMBA program did for her: The EMBA program gave me valuable tools and skills that I could immediately use to make my business thrive. Moreover, I developed the confidence necessary to make strategic decisions about our company’s future and substantive presentations in our Board Room.
ROI: After I graduated, I conducted a substantive review of our accounting practices and policies and developed a list of five action items that I took to our accountant. We agreed that we should implement each item and in doing so, we are now much more confident in our financial reporting and integrity.

EXECUTIVE MBA PROGRAM
Meet our graduates
Kenneth Coleman, TEMBA Who he is: Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer
What the EMBA program did for him: It was a very fulfilling experience. It helped increase my depth of knowledge in a variety of topics. I now much more clearly understand strategy, business terms and analytical products. It gave me a good foundation to better initiate strategies than ever before.
ROI: Our marketing project presentation required our EMBA team to take a product from creation to distribution and challenged us to evaluate many aspects of running a business (marketing, sales, operations, finance, etc.). It gave us a chance to bond as small project team early into our EMBA work and really get to know the strengths and weaknesses of our team.
