# Olmedatelier: Sardines and Piquillo Peppers Salad

Ingredients:

• 1 tin of Piquillo peppers from Navarra Olmeda Origenes

• 1 tin of Little Sardines Olmeda Origenes • 1 Scallion • Extra Virgin Olive Oil Olmeda Origenes • Fleur du sel

Directions:

1. Slice the Piquillo peppers in strips and put onto a plate

2. Gently place the Little Sardines above the pepper 3. Add chopped scallions 4. With the bottle of extra virgin olive oil, drizzle over the salad to taste 5. Sprinkle fleur du sel
