Host Church ProvidesLocation Logistics

• Volunteers to execute the Connect Race even game plan as requested by Connect Ministries• Execute the marketing strategy provided in the Director’s Notebook• Design and chart the race course.• It is the responsibility of the Host Church to pay for the shipping of race supplies• Secure the race permit and fulfill the requirements relating to the Race Permit• Church’s liability insurance coverage for the day of the event• Not hold Connect Ministries, Connect Race or any of its staff liable for damage to property or bodily injury during the Race Day

Financial Obligation

• $500 Host Fee• $15 per Runner
