search?!• Social media is a key driver of information searching.

• No longer are you going out finding information.. Let the

information flow to you!

• Social media is people having conversations with people...

Online.... But, you must learn to monitor it and extract useful

information.

• Purchaser randomly found a condo, and purchased without

any diligence.

• They then found BuzzBuzzHome, searched a bunch of

projects and the forums.

• Realized they might have made a mistake.

• Found a better place for their investment, recinded on the

original purchase...

• Showed up at BBH with an industrial style Tim Hortons Coffee

maker, coffee for a month, mugs...etc...
