' Willlaffl E, McMordie ,was born on April 3, 1946 in

Philadelphia, Femxsylvahla. He reoeived the Bachelor

of Arts degree in Education from Q-lassboro. State College

Glassboro, New Jersey in 1968, He receired the Master

of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Western

Illinois University, Macomb, Illinois in 1972,
