HR Budgeting and continuous monitoring to control the cost. Manage the Reward and recognition programs such as the Long service awards and the appreciation awards program which identifies the stars across businesses. Benefit administration i.e. Mediclaim ,Personal Accident Policy & wellness Responsible for internal & external audits & Corporate Social Responsibility.(CSR) Developed and implemented the On-Boarding & Off-Boarding process to align with the global guidelines. Continuous review and updation of Job Description. New Projects & management reports about forecasting of budgets, absenteeism, overtime ETC. Proactively Analyze issues/ trends (such as attrition, disengagement, etc), and take up end to end ownership to implement the desired change/outcome.
