Benefit administration i.e. Mediclaim ,Personal Accident Policy & wellness Responsible for internal & external audits & Corporate Social Responsibility.(CSR) Developed and implemented the On-Boarding & Off-Boarding process to align with the global guidelines. Continuous review and updation of Job Description. New Projects & management reports about forecasting of budgets, absenteeism, overtime ETC. Proactively Analyze issues/ trends (such as attrition, disengagement, etc), and take up end to end

    ownership to implement the desired change/outcome. Restructuring the pay scale as per need of organization. Support the production of HR updates for all staff, as appropriate. To actively ensuring the probationary meetings and regular one to one meetings to take place to assist
