1. Kegiatan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang dilakukan PT Phapros tidak menyebabkan penurunan kualitas produk.
2. PT Phapros menjaga keamanan produk yang dijualnya sebagai salah satu bentuk kegiatan Corporate Social Responsibility.
3. Informasi kandungan obat yang diberikan PT Phapros pada produknya benar dan dapat dipercaya.
4. Kegiatan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang dilakukan PT Phapros tidak membebani harga dari produk yang ditawarkan.
5. PT Phapros memperhatikan masa depan karyawannya dengan menyediakan kemudahan fasilitas kredit.
6. PT Phapros mampu memberikan rasa aman kepada karyawan dengan memberikan perlengkapan helm,sepatu bots.
7. PT Phapros bersedia mempekerjakan masyarakat sekitar sebagai karyawannya.
8. PT Phapros berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan sosial dengan pembangunan MCK.
9. PT Phapros bertanggung jawab terhadap limbah yang dihasilkannya dengan memilah limbah B3(bahan berbahaya &beracun) dan non-B3.
10. PT Phapros mengurangi ukuran kemasan produk, agar mengurangi limbah.
