Hitting or teasing. 8. Stealing. 9. Lying. 10. Leaving notebook at home. CAUSES OF CHALLENGING BEHAVIOUR 1. Seeking attention. 2. Too many instructions given in the course o f one lesson. 3. Boredom. 4. Peer pressure. 5. Student is unwell. 6. Problem at home (student has a single parent, fights between parents, a sick parents, a new addition in the family, economics issue, death in the family)
