Before we begin…please start up your computer and projector
• Open your “TIPS II Meeting Minutes” and “MBI Problem-Solving Action Plan” form and enter the heading information (date, location, team members, team roles, etc)• Review survey interpretation, precision problem statements and the TIPS process from last winter’s training
