Pay the Fee (online or in the parish office). Godparents need to be practicing Catholics and have all their sacraments. They need to provide a Copy of Confirmation Certificate, if single, or Church Marriage Certificate, if married by the church. Godparents need to be one man and one woman. REQUISITOS: Completar Forma de Registro en línea, www.olv-church.com/sacraments o visite la oficina parroquial si no tiene acceso al internet. Proporcionar Copia del Acta de Nacimiento.
