How can my strengths benefit you in the world of real estate? The more recent real estate disaster and oncoming technology wave is dictating the requirements and talents of a new kind of Realtor. In my opinion, these and other conditions require the following strengths that I embody: Incurable Curiosity - Always looking for new technology, market data, and marketing and negotiation strategies to quickly meet the goals of my clients. Relate – Instinctively seek to understand the motivations of a seller or buyer in order to represent them with the same passion as theirs for the desired result. Creative – Anyone who knows me has confirmed, and many have extended their appreciation for my creativity in anything left-brain or right-brain oriented - be it contract negotiation or home staging. Learner – On an ongoing annual basis spend hours of my time taking classes and reading more than is required of me so that I continually have more to offer personally and professionally. Please understand it is generally not in my nature to boast, but I have conceded that self- promotion becomes a necessity as a service provider. With my promise and commitment to my clients based on my known strengths, you will discover the value of trusting me to handle the intricate details and unpredictable legal issues of selling and buying real estate. In addition to my professional interests, I am a firm believer in community and volunteering my time. When time allows I spend as much time as possible with a very special man in my life, Jason. We

enjoy activities such as; spending time with Jason’s nearly adult daughters, travel, photography,

art, hiking, design, building, business management concepts, culture, music, wine, cooking and

generally try to live enriched lives as well as enrich the lives of others. These all happen to be

reasons that I love helping people sell and buy homes. I believe that our homes reflect aspects of

our personalities.
