1. There is one PBX system for Edades and Aruga. The residence at Edades when dialing "0" it must be directed to the front desk or operator of

Edades but it is being directed to the operator of Aruga.

Action Taken1. Check Configuration, Entity, Connection COS2. Modify / Separate different entity3. Change dial "0" function to operator call4. Conduct call testing (operator call) for both Aruga and Edades

1. Configuration of New Alcatel 4028 (IP Phone)

Action Taken1. Connect the Alcatel 4028 (IP Phone) to the Lan cable.2. Press "I" and "#" to go to the configuration.3. Go to IP parameters.4. Input the assigned IP for the phone:* IP, Subnet, Rout, TFTP1, IP mode (static)5. Save and Exit6. Wait for the configuration to be finished.
