Problem Statement

A head of human resources for a multinational company in a creative industry, needs a way to constantly recruit new, talented, capable, and specific knowledgable people that want to work long hours in a creative industry for a sub-par salary, because talent is the key business driver in her industry.

+The systems offers untrained young people who do not have the abilities to perform as needed

+Not enough talent for hire because the focus is on getting the diploma, not learning

+Not enough people interested in jobs that require talent, but only in compensation

+The system is broken because it does not update on par with the needs of the market

+Hire headhunter companies to do the search for talent, taking time and money and not always getting the requested talent

+Try to look for someone who looks capable and motivated for the long run and traing his/hers skills on the go
