I cannot believe how quickly time goes by, we are already in the third month of 2013 and celebrating Alkoun Magazine’s 2nd Anniversary. It was my dream to be able to create a new concept in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and thankfully this dream has developed into something realistic. Hard work and commitment to what we believe in can make us achieve incredible things.

Another year and another eventful season, beginning with the GCC Cup in which we saw many young and talented football stars shine, namely UAE’s Amoory, whom is sure to have a very promising professional career. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors. Apart from many cultural activities going on around the island, the Bahrain Boat Show was an exciting event and it was refreshing to see many international companies attended the show.

We are patiently waiting for the BIC to come to life with the 9th edition of the F1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix. I hope this year’s event will be an even greater success and I am sure we will enjoy this international spectacle as always.

The cool winter days are quickly coming to an end and we must all prepare to embrace the Bahraini summer, but as always we will continue to work hard to deliver more unique and interesting subjects.

ال أستطيع أن أصدق كيف مضي الوقت بسرعة ، فنحن بالفعل في الشهر الثالث من عام 2013 كما إننا نحتفل بالذكري السنوية الثانية إلنطالق مجلة الكون. كان حلمي خلق مفهوم جديد في مملكة البحرين ، هلل الحمد

تطور هذا الحلم ليصبح حقيقة. إن العمل الشاق و اإللتزام بما نؤمن به يؤدي إلى إنجازات ال تصدق.

العديد من نجوم كرة الخليج والذي من خالله شاهدنا ، بدءا من كأس سنة أخري و موسم حافل باألحداث القدم الشباب و تألق الموهوبين و بالذات الالعب الواعد عمووري من دولة األمارات العربية المتحدة و المتوقع أن يكون له مستقبل واعد. و نحن بدورنا نتمنى له كل التوفيق في مساعيه المستقبلية. و بغض النظر عن العديد من األنشطة الثقافية المقامة على الجزيرة فإن معرض البحرين للقوارب كان الحدث المثير و الحيوي

بسبب عدد الشركات العالمية المشاركة.
