    The Building Trades Secretary (Part Time) provides routine secretarial and clerical services insupport of the Building Trades Manager. Assists in providing prompt and courteous service tovisitors and callers who may contact the Building Trades Department.

Performs related duties as apparent or assigned.Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree in appropriate areapreferred. Experience with Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) . Demonstratedknowledge of construction and facility maintenance terminology . Highly organized . Demonstrated knowledge of computer file naming and directory structure . Veryproficient with all aspects of Microsoft Office ie. Excel, Word, Access, etc . Knowledge ofword processing and ability to type 55 wpm.
