THE CORNWALL COUNCIL (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES)
(AMENDMENT No.6) ORDER 2012
The Cornwall Council in exercise of its powers under Sections 32, 33 and 35
(and Part IV of Schedule 9) of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the
1984 Act) and The Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling
powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance
with Schedule 9 of the 1984 Act, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order shall come into operation on the 15th day of March Two
Thousand and Fifteen and may be cited as The Cornwall Council (Off
Street Parking Places)(Amendment No.6) Order 2012
2. The Cornwall Council (Off Street Parking Places)(Amendment No.6) Order
2012 (the Sixth Amendment Order) is supplemental to and amends the
following (as amended):
The Cornwall Council (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2012 (the
Original Order)
The Cornwall Council (Off Street Parking Places)(Amendment No.1)
Order 2012 (the First Amendment Order)
The Cornwall Council (Off Street Parking Places)(Amendment No.2)
Order 2012 (the Second Amendment Order)
The Cornwall Council (Off Street Parking Places)(Amendment No.3)
Order 2012 (the Third Amendment Order)
The Cornwall Council (Off Street Parking Places)(Amendment No.4)

3. Save as amended by this Amendment Order the Original Order, the First
Amendment Order, the Second Amendment Order, the Third Amendment
Order, the Fourth Amendment Order, and the Fifth Amendment Order
remain in full force and effect.
4. The General nature and effect of the Sixth Amendment Order is as
follows:-
i) That the following provisions within the Original Order are amended
to read:
6.4 Any parking ticket issued on payment of the charge
referred to in Article 6.1 will indicate either payment of the charge
and the date of issue or the date and time of issue and the period
running from that time during which parking is permitted. The
payment indicated upon any such ticket shall be regarded as
conclusive evidence as to the coinage accepted by the apparatus or
device. Where a ticket indicates a Vehicle registration number
and/or Parking Place the details indicated upon any such ticket shall
be regarded as conclusive evidence as to the Vehicle and/or Parking
Place for which the ticket was purchased
6.12 Tickets purchased are not transferable between Vehicles
and/or Parking Places (unless specified). Where a ticket indicates a
Vehicle registration number and/or Parking Place the details
indicated upon any such ticket shall be regarded as conclusive
