Cancellations

Once bookings are confirmed fees will still apply to all days cancelled. Fees will only be waived in the event that a day is full and there are children on the waiting list or

families provide a medical certificate.

We are unable to swap days.

Help us reduce waste by

packing NUDE FOOD.

Pack foods in a reusable

container and avoid

wrapping foods in cling

film or in snap lock bags.

What to bring EVERYDAY!

Children need to bring the following items everyday they are booked into Vacation Care;

-SunSmart Hat -Recess -Lunch -Drink Bottle

as well as a bag to carry everything in.

Please make sure all of your child’s belongings are labelled.

OSHC provides lunch 1 day a week so check out the program for more details.
