planned. Each component of the city are spread widely at a
particular area with connectivity.There is a long hollow path
vertically across the city. It functions to provide air ventilation

of the existing structure to build a new space. The city also
incorporates energy saving elements to keep the city going. It also
has an organised and great city planning. PALMSCITY Incorporating
the function and the form of a stem, recreating an air ventilation
space for the city. The plan view of the palm tree is inspired to
design Palms city's city planning. The shape of the palm tree
leaves are implemented in the design of the solar panel. Palms city
is inspired by the great city planning of Derinkuyu and Helsinki
underground city. Palms city designs a new environment
complementing the basic needs to a sustainable city, providing its
own unique way.
