Aim of the city Building Tsunami Resilience City-Able to bound back from disaster and disruption in a sustainable ways and maintain in a good quality of life for all To promote the Green Concept in the city-using renewable resources that doesn't harm the environment 

LOCATION

The floating city is located at the beach side which is at Kuching, the east part of Malaysia

Population in the city-The population in the city is around 150,000 citizens and it continues to increase at least 1% every year. 

Size of the city-Size of the city is around 38.5km2 which is the most suitable for citizens to live in

RESILIENCE CITY- Disaster Resilience is defined as when natural disaster occurs. The city are ready and prepared to withstand the pressure and forces like tsunami. Beside that is also minimize the damages caused.

HOW TO PREVENT TSUNAMI

The building are in narrow and building with gaps between them to enable water and debris flowed along the gaps with no reduction so water are able to dissipate

Every corner of the city are built and designed with sea wall to protect area and human habitation,conservation also withstand the force and pressure of tsunami.It also able to reflect the wave back to the sea there by reducing the energy and erosion

TSUNAMI BREAK FORESTAfter the sea wall there will be Artificial tsunami

break forest which absorb the impact force and to retard the flow of large storm waveband

tsunami.Energy also absorbed as it passed through the forest.

TSUNAMI ALERT SYSTEM

In case of tsunami,Citizen will receive messages or information through their phone regarding the tsunami region,rik level,affected area so they will be taken to a safety and higher places.

TSUNAMI EVACUATION BUILDING Tsunami evacuation centre is build to provide a better place for citizen to evacuate during

tsunami occur.The building have reliable structure which is

comparable high ground.So that citizen are safe.

TSUNAMI BALL

The tsunami ball is specially build for citizen who doesn't have much time to evacuate themselves to high ground. They can climb into the tsunami ball which tsunami proof. The Tsunami ball is a hard shelter and able to float on the water and ride around

Solar car is the most commonly used by the citizen.They normally travel district to district with have further route.Some of them also goes to work by using the solar car which are able to reduce the pollution by 15% every year.

SOLAR CARThe solar boat are used for tourists or citizen to enjoy their sightseeing around the city centre.Beside that,boat are also used to carry product from the organic farm to the city centre.
