    CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

    There are various concepts behind the development of this product-

    It will help the customer to increase the use of soap ,as comparedto other soap which easily gets dissolved in the water.

    Consumers of this soap will have to shell out less money as it less

    costlier then other soaps. This soap has been target to all the segments of the market,

    whether it is urban, rural, semi urban etc.

    It will not harm the skin and it does not have any allergy effects.

    The soap is generally made from chandan wood which will help theconsumers of this soap to fell fresh and protect them selves from

    various diseases.

    The transparent layer on it which protect the

    soap from getting itself dissolved in the waterdoes not affects ones body.

    It simply works like other soap works.

    This soap can also be used on small children'sfrom age of 3-10.

    It available in different size and packs.

    It will be widely available to our consumers in allthe stores and soaps.

    In order to promote our product we are providing free

    samples to our customers by collaborating with othertoothpaste company, where that company will provideour soap(25g) with their product. this offer will beavailable for 1 month.

    We will also carry one advertisement in order to promoteour product, where we will be showing how our soapdoes not gets dissolved in the water when kept for longtime in water.

    Behavior- as our product is new and different from othercompany , we believe that lots of customers will bebuying our product and we will be able to grab largemarket share.

    BUSINESS ANALYSIS

    Since there is no company in the market with has such a product ,therefore we have a competitive advantage in the market, keepingthis in mind we assume that we will be able to grab 60% of themarket share for the first three months as lots of people will bebuying our product in order to have its experience, after 3 months

    then our sales will either decline or increase by 20%. Our cost involves in producing one 113 gm soap is rs20 after all the

    expenses including labor,advertising,transportation and distribution,taxes ,miscellaneous expenses ,therefore in one product we will besaving 3 rs and if we are able to sell 100000 product per monththen we will be able to earn a profit of rest 300000 per month.this

    profit is when well consider our sale to be very less.

    PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

    Now we will develop our product but testing ourproduct to the small sample of customers where wewill sell free samples to the product in order to theirresponse , if they are attracted with our product or not.

    If we will find that our product is likely to be successfulin the market and the customers are convinced aboutour product. we will make sure that our product iseasily accessible and affordable to all the customers .Inthe beginning we will also provide them some good

    offers in order to attract them. once we are satisfiedwith all our research and customer tests then we willmake plan to introduce our product in the market.

    MARKET TESTING

    Once the research on our product demand andcustomer satisfaction is over then we will dressup our product with the brand name and

    packaging. We will make attractive packaging forour products so the it can be differentiated fromother products and the consumer is also ready tobuy once he has a glance over it. in our product

    we will also give them the details about ourproduct like composition, who all can use it,manufacture date and expiry date.

    COMMERCIALIZATION

    When-

    Since there is no company with such a product therefore wehave decided to launch our product in the market when ourall the department s are ready for the manufacture and

    distribution of the product. As we are the first company toentre in the market with such a product therefore we willbe able to grap the large share of market.

    we will provide our products in every region and city in our

    country. It will take time for us to entry all the citiestherefore we will plan all our activates in before enteringthe city. We will not export our products to other countries.
