AS REQUIRED BY FEDERAL LAW

A. LEAD WARNING STATEMENT: "Every purchaser of any interest in residential real property on which aresidential dwell ing was built prior to 1978 is notif ied that such property may present exposure to lead fromlead-based paint that may place young chi ldren at r isk of developing lead poisoning. Lead poisoning in youngchi ldren may produce permanent neurological damage, including learning disabi l i t ies, reduced intel l igencequot ient , behavioral problems, and impaired memory. Lead poisoning also poses a part icular r isk to pregnantwomen. The seller of any interest in residential real property is required to provide the buyer with anyinformation on lead-based paint hazards from risk assessments or inspections in the seller's possession andnot i fy the buyer of any known lead-based paint hazards. A r isk assessment or inspect ion for possible lead-painthazards is recommended prior to purchase."NOTICE: Inspector must be properly certif ied as required by federal law.
