OIL

The evolution of the filtration paper of lubricants continue to meet the customers’ demands for durability and improvement of fuel efficiency on internal combustion engine. The products of Clean & Science are made of media that has long life and heat resistance depending on the usage. From design to mass production, Clean & Science owns technology and continuing research and development on cellulose and cellulose + synthetic fiber to meet the customers’ demands.

EDM

The filtration media for wire-cutting electrical discharge machines (EDM) filters metal particles in water that are generated during the process of electrical discharge. Clean & Science manufactures high performance filtration media by using over 90% of synthetic fiber in order to prevent problems in the wire-cutting EDM from flow of unfiltered water.

FUEL

Impurities in the fuel filter can cause oxidation and abrasion of the engine, failure to sensors and fuel injection systems of the engine. Clean & Science manufactures the optimal media for stable performance of fuel injection system by removing impurities effectively through Cellulose and Cellulose + Glass Fiber.

MELT BLOWN

LIQUID

The water treatment filter that are used for industry and home filters fine particles present in liquid. The main material of the filter, melt-blown, has excellent performance of impurity removal and long use life by maximizing the porous structure. It is mainly used for production lines of semiconductor and Food Company due to its excellent mechanical strength of thermal fusion and filtration precision

PARTICLE

This product is used for removing particles present in the air, and mainly used for gas turbine filtration media for power plants, and filters of automobile cabin, air purifier, vacuum cleaner, air conditioning, and HEPA. These media are manufactured by melt-blown method; it shows low differential pressure and high efficiency by applying static electricity to the microfiber which is manufactured by micron unit. In addition, functionality of not only fine dust removal but also antimicrobial and odor removal can be applied to this product by compositing the materials that have unique properties of antimicrobial and odor removal.

SOUND ABSORBER

This product absorbs engine noise flowing into the interior from outside the vehicle and friction noise between the tires and the road during the driving. This product’s high sound-absorbing power satisfies the requirement of automobile manufacturers.

NON WOVEN

Thermal Bond/ Needdle Punch

This is a non-woven that are combined with thermal bond and needle punch, applied for the support of the filter, pre-filter for air conditioning, and electrostatic cabin filter. This specialized product is tailored for high permeability and workability based on customers’ request.

Electrostatic Non Woven

This is used for cabin filters for automobiles, and medium of masks and air conditioning to remove particle that are present in the air. The media is manufactured by a method of imparting an electrostatic charge to the web that is made of staple fiber. Compare to the melt-blown media, it has the advantage of low pressure loss and high trapping quantity since the fiber diameter is large and higher application of weight.

CARBON MEDIA

Carbon Media

Carbon media product is a composite media that has the dual function of removing ultra fine dust and selective gas simultaneously depending on the customers’ request. This is done by compositing the activated carbon that has large specific surface area with various metal, metal salt, impregnated organic carbon, or the melt blown media which is high efficiency electrostatic nonwoven.

This filter media has the properties of high air permeability, high efficiency, high retention capacity, and water-resistance which are required for power production of high output and high efficiency. This is a specialized composite media with filtration paper and melt-blown nonwoven that are tailored for the specific industrial process.

The moisture and impurities on fuel filters can cause the oxidation and wear on the engine, and can lead to the failure/malfunction of the injection systems and sensors. Cellulose and melt-blown media of Clean & Science are the optimized products to maintain stable performance of fuel injection systems by effectively removing moisture and impurities.

CHEMICAL

Measured by gravimetric method, it has 85% of collection efficiency with panel and pleat type. It is applied to the pretreatment of Medium.

The main raw material of MDF is hot-pressed molding fiber, which has density of 0.4g / ㎤ ~ 0.8g / ㎤. Our company is focusing on thin plates (3t and below) and heavy plates (18t), and its main raw material is Indonesian rubber and tropical trees. Excellent in chemical resistance, its characteristics does not change in high temperature (stability up to 325℃), it is used for plating the case of heating input and heat exchanger.
