Customers can check-in on their Bonobos app to notify
associates of their arrival when their smart phone is
sensed by a kiosk located at the entrance of the store.
This entitles customers to discounts available through
social media.
Associates can notify coworkers through their EDA
device that they will greet and assist this customer.
Associates will use their EDA mobile system to enhance
the customer’s Bonobos pop up shop experience.
Associates can locate merchandise the customer may
need in a different size or style with the press of a button.
All merchandise is RFID tagged, located on a Smart Shelf
or rack. This makes their location easy to fi nd and
eliminates multiple trips to the dressing room for the
customer.
EDA mobile systems are equipped with a magnetic strip
reader and electronic signature capture. Customers may
conveniently check out with an associate at any location
within the store.
Associates can access inventory at any Bonobos location
or online with their EDA mobile system. If the customers
preferred selection is not available in their current location,
associates can arrange to have it shipped to their home
