‒ Factory located in Kent, England on a 2.5 acre (1.012 ha with 15,000m² of building) freehold site

• MSL offer a complete solution from product design to prototyping to production including the key heat

treatment process

‒ 7 hydrogen furnaces on site varying in size from (14” x 10”) 350mm x 250mm to (3ft 3” x 11ft 6”) 1m x 3.5m

Magnetic Shields’ product range is extremely diverse

• MSL provides a modular system for magnetically shielded rooms

• Additional mu-metal layers can be added as required as can aluminum for RF shielding

• MSL’s MuRooms is shielded room solution from initial design to installation

Questions Regarding Shielded Rooms

• What are the customer requirements?

‒ If specialised equipment is to be shielded, what is the uppermost acceptable level

of field it can be exposed to?

‒ What access is needed to the room?

‒ What is the level of the external field?

‒ Is radio frequency shielding also required?

• How big is the room?

‒ For most large rooms we would recommend additional shielding layers to attain the

desired attenuation

• Where is the room to be located?

‒ We have specialist measuring equipment and will fully assess the magnetic field within the relevant area

so that we can identify regions of high field and classify their frequencies
