Leogang, Austria

It’s a clear, sunny day, presenting

a distinct view of snow-capped

mountains. The air is fresh, crisp and

the occasional cloud sails past lazily.

We are 1,100 meters above sea-level in

the Leogang stone mountains. To be

precise, we are in the Austrian mountain

village of Priesteregg where a private

luxury chalet commands more than an

outstanding view.

A crackling fire is burning in the

fireplace, warm candlelight sheds a

welcoming glow. A brazier outside

promises cosiness. Embedded in the

alpine landscape, a noble Infinity pool

exudes tranquillity. Snugly at home in

the landscape, it has no need to parade

its existence. Integrated lighting reflects

the evening hours, while the stainless

steel material colours the water a gentle

turquoise.

Content, the eyes sweep over the

mountain scene. Here is serenity, so
